Mr Dahir Shire Mohamed<\/strong><br \/>(Minister of Petroleum &amp; Mineral Resources)<\/p>\n<p>H.E. Dahir Shire Mohamed is the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of the Federal Government of Somalia, appointed in December 2024. With nearly three decades of experience across management, humanitarian, development, and education sectors, Minister Dahir is committed in driving Somalia\u2019s energy sector forward, through strengthened institutional capacities, attracting investment, and ensuring equitable resource distribution to leverage natural resources for Somalia\u2019s inclusive and sustainable socio-economic development and growth.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Minister Dahir holds a Master\u2019s Degree in Development Studies from Jomo Kenyatta University, Kenya.
